Returns & Refunds

At Scented Memories Candle Company, we value your satisfaction and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with the product(s) you received, please follow our return policy outlined below: 

Return Period 

You may return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Returns outside of this period may not be accepted. 

How to Initiate a Return 

  • Contact Us: Reach out to us at concierge@scentedmemoriesco.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 
  • Receive Instructions: You will be provided with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including the return address. 
  • Pack Your Item(s): Ensure the product is in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. Include a copy of your receipt, proof of purchase, or your order number.
  • Ship Your Item(s): Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is being returned due to damage in which case a return label may be provided. 
  • Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once received and inspect the item(s), we will notify you if your refund or exchange was approved or rejected. 

Conditions for Returns 

  • Products must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Sale items or promotional products may have different return policies. Please refer to the specific product page or contact us for details. 

Refunds 

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange a product(s), please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at concierge@scentedmemoriesco.com. We will work to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
